Our Choices Matter

Rincon Brewery takes great pride in the sourcing and quality of the menu items we offer. Fresh seafood is always on the Monterey Bay Aquarium Seafood Watch "Best Choice" or "Good Alternative" lists. We are proud to be a Platinum Level Certified Ocean Friendly Restaurant. Lettuces are always organic. We source local whenever possible as well. Our craft beers are used in the preparation and cooking of many of our menu items including La Reina Lager marinated Tri Tip, Bates Blonde Fish and Chips, and our famous RB Stout BBQ Sauce, just to name a few.

*Please Note: All Chicken is marinated in olive oil, garlic, lemon-pepper, and cilantro.
